To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the WHO, the Chinese Medical Philatelic Study Association decided to organize an International medical Philatelic Forum at Tianjin Medical University from April 5 to 8, 2008. Also, a stamp show will be held at the same time. We are glad that you will come and join us with your exhibits and lectures. No exhibition dues required. Your exhibits can be any of the following classes: one frame, three frames, open class, medical covers, postcards and cancellations of medical interests. Besides, as our guest, you will be provided with free accommodation and food during the forum. You are welcome to come to Tianjin as a tourist.

　

The agenda is as follows:

April 4: Registration, exhibits submission and framing;

April 5: Morning – Opening ceremony, forum; welcome banquet;

Afternoon – Judging the exhibits

April 6: Morning – The Third Congress of CMPSA, guests are welcome but not required to

attend;

Afternoon – International medical philately Forum

April 7: Morning – Celebration of the 60^th Anniversary of the WHO, International medical

philately forum (continued) ;

Afternoon – a tour in Tianjin;

April 8: Morning – Exchanges of philatelic experience;

Afternoon – Closing ceremony and prize award ceremony, Banquet.

　

   It is hoped that on receiving this invitation letter, please inform us of the titles of your exhibits and articles, traveling dependencies if any, and your travel details such as the arrival date, flight number etc. Besides, it is expected that you will send us the photo copies of your exhibits and articles before the end of February, 2008.
